The DeviGyro is a miniature gyro instrument for continuous borehole surveying. Its small design and efficient operation makes it the perfect solution for a large variety of surveying applications, including Core Drilling, Reverse Circulation, Civil, Blast holes, etc.
For optimal performance, the DeviGyro is available in three different packages:
Application: Core drilling
Overshot Xpress consists of a dedicated overshot system with similar length as a standard overshot. It may be used either as a standalone drop overshot or an add-on to the standard overshot.
Application: Core drilling, RC, Civil and more
The standard 40 mm survey running gear includes patent pending adjustable centralizers, facilitating continuous in-rod surveying for a wide range of inner diameters and applications, including coring & RC.
Application: Civil, Blast & Injection holes, Slim holes
The preferred option for short and/or slim holes, e.g. production holes or blast and injection holes. The lightweight titanium barrel and small size make the RG30 both sturdy and easy to handle.

Designed with convenience and ease of use for drillers in mind, the DeviGyro is a cutting edge rate gyro system utilizing a complex navigational algorithm to deliver the high accuracy and standard of quality assurance required by our customers.
The extremely small size of the DeviGyro opens for utilization in wide range of applications. It is designed as a continuous non-magnetic tool that surveys the hole as it is lowered and retrieved by the wireline at speeds over 100 m/min, making it very suitable for diamond core drilling and RC drilling. Non-continuous survey is also possible, supporting blast hole surveying and production drilling.
The DeviGyro comes equipped with a rugged handheld device and is operated by a user friendly Android application.The communication between the instrument and the handheld device is wireless and also functions through the pressure barrel due to Devico’s patented antenna technology.
The data from the DeviGyro passes through a complex processing algorithm that ensures the accuracy and repeatability is always high, independent of the drill holes direction, inclination and position. An automatic and stringent quality control with a pass/fail criteria gives the user additional confidence the survey data is of the highest possible accuracy.
When combined with the DeviAligner (surface & underground) the DeviGyro also becomes a very powerful north seeking package that secures superior accuracy even in high latitude locations.
